Parking

Parking enforcement now active

Effective immediately, Northfield Metropolitan District has contracted Front Range Patrol to monitor and enforce parking rules throughout the community seven days a week.

What you need to know

  • All metro district maintained drives are designated fire lanes. Vehicles parked in fire lanes will be towed immediately with no warning.
  • Vehicles must be parked fully within a driveway or parking lot. Any vehicle overhanging into a drive or alleyway will be towed.
  • No overnight or long-term parking is permitted in the clubhouse lot or the parking lot on the west side of the property.
  • Visitor and short-term parking lots are available throughout the community. Enforcement in those areas will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • Boats and trailers parked on city streets will receive a warning and will be towed after 72 hours.
  • Towing is handled by Scotts Towing. If your vehicle is towed, contact information is posted on 12 signs throughout the neighborhood.

If your vehicle was towed

Towing is managed by Northfield Metropolitan District, not the HOA. Please contact the district directly — contact information is on the signs posted around the neighborhood. Do not contact your HOA management company regarding towed vehicles.
