CLUBHOUSE/POOL/GYM FOB APPLICATION

Hours of Operation

Clubhouse: 4:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Fitness Center: 4:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Pool (seasonal): 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM, weather permitting

  • Pool opens Memorial Day weekend (Saturday, 10:30 AM)
  • Pool closes Labor Day at 6:00 PM
  • The District does not send email notices when the pool closes for weather — please check conditions before heading over.

 

Membership & Key Fobs

Access to the Clubhouse, Fitness Center, and Pool is free for all Northfield Metro District residents in good standing (current on taxes/fees, no outstanding covenant violations).

To request a key fob, complete the membership form here: CLICK HERE 

  • Up to two (2) key fobs per household
  • Fobs are owned by NFMD and may not be shared
  • Forms are processed within 5 business days
  • Lost fob replacement fee: $25

 

Guests
Residents may bring up to 2 guests per day and must remain with their guests at all times.

 

A Few Important Reminders

No lifeguard on duty — swim at your own risk

Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult; kids 6 and under must be within arm's reach in the water

No glass, smoking, alcohol, or pets in the pool/clubhouse area

Proper swim attire required; cutoffs and thongs are not allowed

Fitness Center is for ages 14+ (14–17 must have an adult present)
